My services
Osteopathy
Osteopathic treatment fosters an environment that enhances the self healing capacities of the body, often employs the musculoskeletal system as a portal to healing the whole body, but dose not limit to the care of bones, joints, muscles and other connective tissues. Osteopathy attends all the systems and functions of the body, through the hands-on treatment. Freedom of motion is essential to maintain a wholeness and ability to heal or to creatively adapt to illness, injury or the effects of ageing. In my practice, I address movement of all tissues, fluids, spaces, thoughts and emotions.

Craniosacral therapy
An artful and subtle modality of healing that harmonises the fascia, the intricate web of connective tissue that embraces the body’s vital structures, such as the organs, nerves, muscles, and bones. With gentle and mindful touch to the cranium, the neck, and the spine, craniosacral therapy practitioners attune to the rhythm and flow of the cerebrospinal fluid, the life-giving elixir that bathes and safeguards the brain and the spinal cord. Craniosacral therapy amplifies the body’s innate wisdom, resilience, and wholeness, and alleviates various physical and emotional afflictions.

Embodied Practice
Embodiment, rooted in somatic psychology, integrates body, mind, and energy to foster well-being. It cultivates self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, balance, and self-acceptance. By attuning to sensations, feelings, and experiences, we bridge the gap between our physical and emotional states. We learn to be present, mindful, and intentional in our responses to life. We harmonize our whole being and embrace our strengths and vulnerabilities. We practice compassion for ourselves and others. Embodiment modalities, such as movement, visualisation, and relaxation, invite us to inhabit our bodies fully and enrich our lives.
